Respect and Inclusivity

• Treat all members with respect, regardless of their opinions, backgrounds, or health conditions.

Privacy is Key

• Do not share personal or sensitive information of other members outside the group.
• Avoid posting private conversations or screenshots without consent.

• Refrain from posting unrelated or promotional content unless pre-approved by the admin.

No Medical Advice

• While this community is a place for sharing experiences, it’s not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

No Spam or Self-Promotion

• Avoid promoting personal businesses, services, or external groups unless explicitly allowed by the admin.
• Focus on contributing to the community rather than marketing your products.

Healthy Discussions

• Disagreements are natural, but always remain respectful.
• Do not engage in arguments, trolling, or confrontational behavior.

Contribute Meaningfully

• Share tips, resources, and personal experiences that could help others on their wellness journey.

Admin Decisions are Final

• Admins reserve the right to remove posts or members that violate these guidelines.
• If you have any concerns or feedback, feel free to reach out to an admin privately.

Confidentiality for Focus Groups

• For members participating in focus groups, ensure the discussions remain within the designated group.
• Respect the unique challenges and experiences shared by others in these sessions.

• Celebrate small wins, participate in challenges, and take full advantage of the resources we offer.
• This community is here to support you, let’s make it a positive experience for all.

Participation Points System

To keep things engaging, we’re introducing Self-Care Circle Points. Earn points for participating and redeem them for exciting rewards.

How to Earn Points

• Daily Participation: Join discussions, comment, or like posts (1 point each).
• Weekly Challenges: Complete group-specific challenges (5 points).
• Content Sharing: Share tips, resources, or stories that get pinned by admins (15 points).

Referrals: Invite a friend to join the community (15 points).

Redeemable Rewards

• • Discounts on supplements, teas, or oils in the Healing Gilead store.
  • Exclusive Prizes like eBooks, wellness kits, or merchandise.
  • Free Consultations or access to premium content.

  Points can be tracked via our member dashboard or shared weekly by admins.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
